Individuals are considered an "applicant":
After completing an application for an open position. (Submitting a resume does not qualify as completing an application for employment.)
Who meets the stated minimum qualifications of the position including job-related experience and applicable educational requirements contained in the job description.
Individuals who are considered applicants may experience some of the below processes:
- May be pre-screened face to face or via telephone (allow 15 minutes)
- May be scheduled for a face to face ‘meet and greet’ (abbreviated interview lasting up to 30 minutes)
- May be scheduled for a face to face or telephone (Skype) interview (lasting up to 1 hour)
The Company maintains a business professional dress code. Therefore, it is required that applicants adhere to this standard when they attend any face to face interview.
Individuals seeking employment must provide authorization for background checks, credit history, criminal history, social security number. In some positions, applicants will be required to provide a certified copy of their driving record covering the prior 3 years history.
Unfavorable responses to these background checks may disqualify an individual from consideration for employment.
